Welcome to the OPENFLUX project website! OPENFLUX is a research project at the Department of Sociology and Human Geography at the University of Oslo, Norway.
The three aims of OPENFLUX are to study societal change, life course change and change across generations in socioeconomic and demographic outcomes. To those ends, OPENFLUX will use genetic data and methods to complement the standard repertoire of social sciences.

The Institute for Behavioral Genetics at the University of Colorado, Boulder organizes an annual workshop in behavior and molecular genetic methods. This year the topic is molecular genetic methods. The project will participate in the workshop.
